
Trainee Business Administrator - Proposal Writer

- Not have completed any qualification higher than a Certificate 4
- Be Melbourne based and willing to work full time from our Collins St Melbourne Office
- Be willing to commit to complete a formalised traineeship
- Have completed a Cert III Business or had some prior working experience.
- Write and send client proposals that clearly explain our services
- Work with templates and improve the way we present information
- Manage and update our proposal system (we currently use Qwilr)
- Use HubSpot (our CRM) to connect proposals with our sales pipeline
- Tailor proposals to suit each client, working closely with our Sales Director
- Use AI tools to improve your writing and efficiency
- Support the Sales and Revenue Operations team with general admin tasks
- Understand how cybersecurity services are delivered and communicated
- Strong written and spoken English and an eye for detail
- A love of clear, professional communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and other digital tools
- Organised, reliable and proactive
- Open to feedback and learning new tools like HubSpot and Qwilr
- Interest in IT, cybersecurity, or working in a fast-paced business environment
- Comfortable working with others and asking questions when needed
- Willingness to learn and use AI as part of your daily work
