You'll welcome Learn to Swim members (and carers) and help them find whatever they need or whatever they're looking for.?
You'll provide heartfelt service and deliver exceptional swim classes in line with our customer experience strategy and brand standards to children (and adults)
You'll create an environment where Learn to swim members are so engaged and entertained, they don't even realise they're learning to swim.?
You'll embrace feedback and suggestions to improve swim program delivery.?
You'll keep the Learn to Swim area safe and clean... considering equipment and surrounds.?
You'll always advocate water safety and swim survival skills.?
You'll always find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.

All about you

You may have your Austswim, Royal life or Swim Australia qual, previous experience in a swim school and your first aid.
You have your working with children check (or willing to obtain one)
You may also have your Infant and Preschool Aquatics qual, Access and Inclusion qual or Teacher of Adults qual. A+ for you.
You are people-focused, patient and understanding. You enjoy teaching children to swim. Delivering supreme swim experiences makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.?
