- Strategic Hotel Partnerships: Own and grow relationships with leading hotel chains operating in Australia and New Zealand. Develop a deep understanding of their business goals, challenges, and ambitions—and help them achieve more through innovation and tailored solutions.
- EcoXpert Collaboration: Work closely with our certified Hotel EcoXperts, the expert partners who bring our solutions to life. You’ll be the bridge between customer vision and solution delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-impact outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with the SMB System Architect, SMB Business Developer, and wider Schneider Electric teams to co-create scalable, future-ready solutions that deliver measurable value and elevate the customer experience.
- Customer Success Champion: Drive long-term success by aligning every engagement with customer outcomes, sustainability goals, and Schneider Electric’s strategic direction. Be the voice of the customer internally and ensure their journey with us is smooth, supported, and successful.
- Insight-Driven Account Management: Lead proactive account planning with a “One Schneider” mindset, developing compelling value propositions that reflect the full breadth of our offers—from energy management to building automation.
- Market Awareness & Innovation: Stay ahead of hospitality trends and evolving customer expectations. Use these insights to shape innovative strategies and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Network Building: Enhance customer engagement by building strong relationships across all levels of the hotel ecosystem—from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Digital Rollout Leadership: Champion the rollout of Schneider’s new digital hotel offer, ensuring customers are highly satisfied and supported throughout the implementation journey.
- Has a deep understanding of hotel operations, stakeholders, and industry dynamics.
- Is passionate about sustainability, technology, and the digitization of assets across hotel portfolios.
- May come from a technical background—or from the customer side (e.g., Asset Manager, Building Manager, Facility Manager)—with solid technical acumen.
- Has a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Is comfortable navigating new digital offerings and driving adoption.
