About the roleAs our Risk and Resilience Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our enterprise-wide Risk and Resilience Framework – in alignment with the Risk Maturity Plan. You’ll provide operational, administrative, and reporting support to help drive continuous improvement across resilience, risk, and insurance functions. Reporting to the Head of Resilience, Risk and Insurance, this role will provide support across a range of initiatives as priorities evolve—contributing to our commitment to operational resilience, governance, and risk maturity.ResponsibilitiesAs the Risk and Resilience Coordinator, you will:Maintain and monitor the Enterprise Risk Register, ensuring up-to-date data and ownership across business units and provide administrative support to the Enterprise Risk Management System (CAMMS).Contribute to risk awareness campaigns, intranet content, and other communication initiatives that build risk and resilience cultureSupport the scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of risk workshops, meetings, and training sessionsAssist with the preparation of risk reports and documentation for governance forums including MARCC and BARCCSupport the ingestion, analysis, and repositioning of risk information across the business to ensure alignment with risk function objectives and decision-making needsCoordinate insurance-related administration, including Certificates of Currency, claims meetings, and policy disclosuresAbout youTo be successful, you have:Experience, or strong interest, in risk management, insurance, governance, or business continuityFamiliarity with risk management systems and insurance processes is desirableExcellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and support stakeholder needsStrong written communication skills for reporting, minute-taking, and risk documentationConfidence working both independently and as part of a cross-functional teamAbout EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
