- Identify business needs and opportunities for change, gather and analyse requirements, and translate complex issues into clear digital strategies and goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver records-related projects, including resource management, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and reporting on outcomes.
- Establish and lead the Records Champions Network, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure consistent records management across all units.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders, building strong relationships and implementing communication strategies to promote project awareness and support.
- Deliver training and ensure compliance, including appraising records for retention/disposal and aligning with legislative and policy requirements.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive experience in records management, project coordination, training, or a related field, ideally within the higher education sector.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects within large or multifaceted organisations, preferably in an education or similarly structured environment.
- Strong communication and training skills, with experience developing and distributing materials across diverse and complex organisational settings.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement expertise, working effectively with a wide range of internal and external parties to achieve shared goals.
- Sound knowledge of Australian records and archives legislation, particularly the Public Records Act 1973 (Vic), and its application in organisational contexts.
