This 152-room resort features four outdoor pools, three restaurants, five bars, and a variety of nature-based activities, walks, and 4WD explorer tours.About the RoleBring your passion for providing exceptional customer experiences to Kingfisher Bay Resort! As a Resort Porter, you will be responsible for exceeding guest needs and service expectations, ensuring the efficient pick-up and delivery of guest luggage, and supporting the Front Office team with guest-related administration as required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of customer service, initiative, and the ability to handle the physically demanding nature of the role. This is a permanent part-time position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight. The successful candidate is available for an immediate start and must be able to relocate to the island for this "live-on" position.Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Committed to delivering brilliant customer experiences
Physically fit due to the manual labour involved, including lifting, loading, and unloading suitcases into luggage trucks
Motivated with a good attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
Experience in a similar role, such as a hotel/resort Porter (highly regarded)
Hold a valid manual Driver's License
