- Managing the customer journey post-sale, from onboarding to long-term engagement.
- Delivering training and best practice advice to a wide range of customers.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams.
- Partnering with Sales, Product and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Analysing usage data to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Domestic and occasional international travel to meet with clients face-to-face.
- Outgoing, confident and personable - able to build strong connections quickly.
- A strong academic background - a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) is required, with a first-class result preferred.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking ability.
- Analytical and tech-savvy, comfortable learning new systems.
- A clear and engaging communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.
- Ideally degree-qualified in a relevant field.
- $75,000-$80,000 + super.
