- Support the management and moderation of social media channels to enhance and grow the brand and reputation
- Produce, distribute and repurpose engaging, innovative and shareable content across various social media channels including short and long form video content, written content, etc.
- Provide support, training and advice to professional staff in the use of social media strategy, operation and reporting
- Support the Social Media Manager with providing regular reporting and escalation of issues
- Undertake research and benchmarking activities to identify and analyse new or emerging engagement opportunities and provide recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Around 3+ years of demonstrated work experience within relevant marketing and communications field
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
- Demonstrated successful delivery of social media initiatives within a large and complex organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced and agile environment and utilise creative thinking
- Experienced in using software and Social Media management tools including Sprout (or similar), Ads Manager, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
