Job Category: Services and Asset Management DeliveryJob Description:We currently have an opportunity for a Hard Services Coordinator to join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in supporting operations across a portfolio of commercial buildings, depots, and substations. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.Please note: This is a 12-month maximum term position that requires travel between Sydney and the Central Coast, with a Tool of Trade Vehicle (TOTV) provided.What You'll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment across multiple sites.Ensure compliance with safety, performance, quality, and contractual obligations.Manage client relationships and chair regular meetings.Coordinate reporting including monthly performance, incident investigations, and audits.Supervise inductions, training, and competency tracking for internal teams and service delivery partners.What You'll BringBuilding Services Engineering or Technical Plant & Equipment Trade Qualification (highly desirable).Strong experience with facility management experience in a technical role.Strong safety management experience and understanding of OH&S regulations.High-level computer literacy including CMMS, Office Suite, and SAP.Proven ability to manage direct and indirect reports in highly controlled environments.More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.You want your work to matter and so do we.
