At the heart of HCA's trusted and reliable equipment lies a team of talented and dedicated people committed to providing industry-leading machinery and service.The OpportunityWe currently have an exciting and rare Residential opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Gunnedah team on a 7/7 Day roster primarily supporting Construction Projects across the region. Being a residential role, you will be based out of Dubbo or the surrounding area supporting the NSW region and Gunnedah area where required across multiple customer sites ensuring the reliability of a wide range of construction machinery.Reporting to the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Performing diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance service and
Attending to production breakdowns and undertaking diagnostic work
Liaising with technical support staff to achieve the most efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements.
Completion and submission of all relevant documentation and reporting paperwork.
Maintaining good working relationship with customers, peers, and other departments
Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility

To be successful you will need:

Relevant Trade Certificate
Intermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reports.
Good communication skills
Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes.
Strong ability to adapting yourself to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads.
Ensure that you provide 100% Customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the HCA family.
