The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual arts, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for nurturing artistic expression in a supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver art lessons in drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed mediaTeach foundational techniques and advanced methods across a variety of art mediumsEncourage creativity while helping students build confidence in their artistic abilitiesPrepare lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and student needsProvide constructive feedback and individual guidance to studentsOrganize student exhibitions, art shows, and collaborative projectsMaintain a safe, organized, and inspiring classroom or studio environmentStay current with art education trends, tools, and materialsMonitor student progress and maintain accurate attendance and evaluation recordsCollaborate with other educators and school staff on cross-disciplinary activitiesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related fieldProven experience as an art instructor, teacher, or studio artistStrong portfolio showcasing personal and student workExcellent communication and classroom management skillsPatience, creativity, and a passion for teaching artAbility to work with students of different ages and backgroundsFamiliarity with both traditional and digital art tools is a plus
