We believe our people are the key to our success.About the RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding Kleenheat’s customer base by identifying and converting new business opportunities. You’ll work across a WA-focused territory, engaging directly with key clients and leveraging indirect channels to generate leads.Key responsibilities will include:
Engage key account prospects via cold calls, emails, and networking to generate leads, build relationships, and win new business.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with Kleenheat’s strategic goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards throughout the sales process.
About YouWe are looking for someone who brings:
Ideally 4+ years of experience in acquisition sales or business development, ideally within the energy, utilities, telco, or insurance industries.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets in competitive environments.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Resilience, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous improvement.
