- Responding to customer enquiries and coordinating internal sales support
- Assisting with product pricing, stock availability, and lead times to support quoting and order fulfilment
- Providing applications technical support to customers, including product selection guidance
- Processing and tracking customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Preparing and managing supporting sales documentation such as invoices, delivery dockets, and service reports
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow and customer updates
- Maintaining accurate sales and invoice records, and assisting with general reporting requirements
- Supporting internal sales processes such as receipting, approvals, and data entry
- Managing daily administrative tasks related to sales operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment
- Strong customer service skills and effective verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise workload.
