Just three hours north of Sydney, the area is known for its pristine beaches, water sports, and affordable cost of living, making it ideal for those seeking both professional growth and a relaxed pace of life.Job SpecificationThis is a Pharmacist in Charge position suited to a confident professional with 2+ years' experience in forward dispensing and patient counselling. You'll work closely with 2-3 pharmacists and a large support team to deliver quality healthcare services.Key details:
Dispensing system: Fred to handle busy script trade
Roster: 40 hours/week over a Mon-Sun rotational schedule, with 2 days off (some weekends required)
Store hours: Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:30pm, Sun/Public Holidays 9:00am-5:00pm
You will be well supported by experienced Dispensary and FOS teams
Skills Required
AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Minimum 2 years' experience in a community pharmacy setting
Strong patient counselling and forward dispensing capabilities
Confidence in managing professional services and Webster checking
Team-oriented with great communication and leadership skills
