Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we're a leading commercial, rural and personal lines insurer and a top-three provider of workers compensation insurance.YOUR ROLEWe're looking for a part-time (25.5 hours/week) Case Management Specialist to join our Workers Compensation team based in West Perth. Your primary purpose responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of complex Workers Compensation claims with the aim to help injured workers' recovery and return to work as quickly and safely as possible.You will accurately determine liability on new and existing claims and establish strategic Case Management Plans in collaboration with the injured worker, their employer and other relevant stakeholders including (but not limited to) brokers, medical professionals and solicitors.This is a part time (25.5 hours per week) permanent opportunity based in West Perth with hybrid work arrangements available.ABOUT YOU

An empathetic focus with prior Workers Compensation experience
Able to provide exceptional customer service and build strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels
A drive for positive outcomes for the customer and all involved
Be proactive with the implementation and ongoing review of Case Management Plans and able to make decisions quickly
Experience with the ongoing review and management of claims in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines
