As a Customer Success Specialist at Teletrac Navman, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in proactively managing all retention, renewal, and customer account activities. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving increased usage of our solutions, fostering customer growth, and enhancing overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract renewal activity for large enterprise clients
- Assess customers' current level of service and drive greater value from our solutions
- Collaborate with customers to increase their usage of our solutions
- Conduct outbound customer calls to meet contract metrics and monitor customer health
- Support the sales team with upselling and organic account growth opportunities
- Maintain and update SalesForce.com CRM for assigned customers
- Stay informed about product features and competitive offerings
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Advocate for customer success and drive organizational change to enhance the customer experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience working with partner/reseller channels is desirable
- Proficiency in SFDC or equivalent CRM software, including reporting
- Previous experience in the Transport or Telematics industries is advantageous
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

- Willingness to undertake periodic domestic travel
