Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hardware engineering, preferably in the defence or aerospace industry
Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and delivering complex, high-quality hardware projects
Proficient in the use of engineering design and analysis tools, such as CAD software and simulation platforms
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive under pressure
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and compliance requirements
