  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hardware engineering, preferably in the defence or aerospace industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and delivering complex, high-quality hardware projects
  • Proficient in the use of engineering design and analysis tools, such as CAD software and simulation platforms
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive under pressure
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware solutions meet performance, reliability and safety requirements
  • Oversee the verification and validation of hardware designs through testing and analysis
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Contribute to the development of engineering policies, processes and standards to drive excellence and efficiency
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective hardware solutions
