- Experience working in a kitchen setting and catering for large groups
- Good understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Hold a current Working with Children's Check (WWCC), or ability to obtain
- Provide Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
- Completion of the College anaphylaxis or 22578VIC anaphylaxis qualification
