
ICT Project Coordinator and System Solutions Analyst

- Minimum of 3 years proven system solution analytical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience providing project coordination services on ICT delivery projects.
- Document business requirements and functional designs using user stories, wireframes, and screen mock-ups.
- Negotiate effectively with business stakeholders, users, technical staff, and product owners to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Lead workshops and collaborate directly with solution stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Undertake process re-engineering by capturing and analyzing business processes in both as-is and to-be states through process flows.
- Provide project coordination services across multiple concurrent projects within a program of work.
- Prepare and maintain project reporting including status reports, schedule updates, and contributions to project steering committee packs.
- Schedule project meetings, establish agendas, and document minutes and action items.
- Maintain issue and risk logs to ensure project risks and issues are tracked and managed appropriately.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or other reporting tools like Zeno.
- Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) domain and AI-related implementation initiatives is desirable.
Candidates should demonstrate a practical and workable approach to project implementation, management, and monitoring.
