
Director of Customer Success

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Develop and execute strategies to improve retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
- Implement and optimise AI-driven processes to improve team efficiency and customer experience
- Utilise Salesforce and other customer success tools (e.g. Gong, Totango, Gainsight etc) for reporting, health scoring, and engagement tracking
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap decisions
- Proven success in a senior Customer Success leadership role within a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI and automation to improve processes and results
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a focus on measurable outcomes
Hybrid working arrangements.
Salary ranges up to $200,000 + Super + Bonus + Comms.
