I am looking for a Director of Customer Success to join a fast-growing SaaS company. This is a key leadership role, overseeing a high-performing team (4-5 direct reports) and driving customer retention, adoption, and advocacy.You'll be at the forefront of leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows, enhance customer engagement, and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform.What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement and optimise AI-driven processes to improve team efficiency and customer experience
  • Utilise Salesforce and other customer success tools (e.g. Gong, Totango, Gainsight etc) for reporting, health scoring, and engagement tracking
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven success in a senior Customer Success leadership role within a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to implement AI and automation to improve processes and results
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a focus on measurable outcomes
Permanent opportunity based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Hybrid working arrangements.
Salary ranges up to $200,000 + Super + Bonus + Comms.
