This position involves working as part of our collaborative trade sales team.This is a permanent full-time role.RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently process customer orders and quotes via phone and email
Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for customer orders
Proactively monitor orders, promptly communicating any delays to builders
Liaising with sales teams and trade customers on product selections and problem solving
General customer service and sales support
Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

Experience in an estimating role or a related trade qualification (advantageous)
Excellent computer and data entry skills
Strong customer docus with an eye for details and a sense of urgency to achieve results
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on attitude with a "can do" approach
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
