Main responsibilities include:
  • Manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims from end to end.
  • Maintain proactive contact with customers and stakeholders, keeping them informed on key claim developments.
  • Identify and manage return-to-work barriers, implementing strategies for positive outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members when required.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, compliance, and privacy standards are upheld.
  • Contribute to business targets and participate in projects to improve processes and services.
  • Deliver prompt resolution of issues or complaints while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
The ideal candidate:
  • Minimum 18 months’ experience managing workers’ compensation claims.
  • Strong knowledge of return-to-work strategies and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, empathetic, and collaborative approach.
  • Experience in allied health, insurance, or rehabilitation highly regarded.
