- Manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims from end to end.
- Maintain proactive contact with customers and stakeholders, keeping them informed on key claim developments.
- Identify and manage return-to-work barriers, implementing strategies for positive outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members when required.
- Ensure accurate data entry, compliance, and privacy standards are upheld.
- Contribute to business targets and participate in projects to improve processes and services.
- Deliver prompt resolution of issues or complaints while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
- Minimum 18 months’ experience managing workers’ compensation claims.
- Strong knowledge of return-to-work strategies and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive, empathetic, and collaborative approach.
- Experience in allied health, insurance, or rehabilitation highly regarded.
