If you are truly exceptional at what you do and have a passion for ongoing development, then we would love to hear from you.About the roleAs store management, you are the team leader and chief motivator for all glamaCo sales assistants at your Store.The role includes all aspects of team management, including leading the team to achieve business KPIs and individual team member career goals, hiring and on-boarding of new team members, liaising with glamaCo HQ and achieving store objectives through productivity and encouragement of the whole team.Whilst working alongside your team, you will set the standard as a glamaCo customer advocate, support our awesome customers and offer personalised recommendations and product support so they return as repeat customers and provide positive business reviews.Working together as a team and assisting in the maintenance and merchandising of in-store inventory across a wide variety of products and promotions, whilst ensuring inventory accountability.Every step in this role must be in accordance with company policies and glamaCo's high standards.glamaCo operates 7 days per week, You must be available to work AT LEAST 4 -5 days per week (average of 38 hours) including 1 weekend day whilst working from the same store location. The final roster options will be provided to shortlisted applicants. The roster may include some extended hours during peak trading and promotional periods, as such, you will be paid in accordance with the relevant award provisions.This role operates in a fast-paced environment and can be physically demanding at times.Benefits
