You'll lead care teams within your scope of responsibility and collaborate closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve the highest quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care:
Conduct baseline and focused assessments using a Positive Wellbeing Model
Develop and evaluate evidence-based care plans in consultation with residents and care teams
Monitor health outcomes and respond promptly to changes in condition
Accurately document care in accordance with electronic systems and legislation
Liaise with internal and external healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Leadership & Quality:
Provide leadership to care teams, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and clinical excellence
Support workforce management including mentoring staff and students
Ensure policy and compliance requirements are met, including reporting and quality documentation
Promote a zero-harm safety culture and drive continuous improvement across services
Actively contribute to business planning, risk management, and service delivery innovation

About YouYou are a Registered Nurse with a passion for aged care and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others. You thrive in team environments, embrace leadership responsibilities, and are motivated by continuous learning and innovation in care.Key Selection CriteriaEssential:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
CPR certification and driver’s licence
Experience in aged care or similar clinical settings
Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills
Competency in electronic documentation and Microsoft Office suite
Full working rights (no sponsorship is on offer)
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Dementia Care, or related areas
Experience managing staff, students or volunteers in a clinical setting
Familiarity with quality frameworks and accreditation standards in aged care
Compliance Requirements:
National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (as required)
National Personal Insolvency Check
