About My Client:My client is a major Australian infrastructure services provider. They are a key player in the infrastructure sector, dedicated to delivering safe and reliable solutions that improve the lives of communities by providing integrated, seamless services.The Role:I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for a 6 to 12-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent conversion. This role is a vital part of my client's metropolitan-based team and focuses on the end-to-end delivery of civil and building projects, with values ranging from $200,000 to $3 million.Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Budget & Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage financial reporting.Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, and maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.Risk & Quality Control: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.Site Management: Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring work is progressing as planned and that all safety protocols are strictly followed.Required Qualifications:A relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the civil or building construction sector.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Valid driver's license and relevant industry certifications (e.g., White Card).What's on Offer:A generous package for a 6-12 month contract, with a generous packageA collaborative and supportive team environment.The potential for a long-term, permanent role.If you are a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery, I encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume and cover letter to ezgi.erdoganfrost@randstad.com.au
