This is a Band 3 classified role, remuneration will be $64,278.00 - $68,628.00 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.What you will need to thriveThe key selection criteria for this role are:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Delivery of a safe, reliable, compassionate, timely and efficient transport service for eligible Knox residents.
  • Provision of reliable, presentable and professional transport.
  • Current Victorian driver's license with a Heavy Rigid (HR) or higher license endorsement is essential
  • A current Drivers Accreditation Certificate
  • An excellent driving record
  • Understanding of mechanical operation of buses
  • Hold or be prepared to attain a Level 2 First Aid Certificate and annual CPR update
  • Ideally have computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and client database programs
  • Ideally experience in a Community Services field
