Financial Accountant - Property

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following:
- Monthly reporting on a individual property basis
- Financial statement preparation for properties
- Year end reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Investigation of cost variances at an asset levlel
- Weekly cash-flow forecasts
- Monthly bank reconciliations
