We value our people as one of our greatest assets and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.About the role:We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a Concierge/Receptionist to join our Macarthur JLR team in Campbelltown and embark on a cross-dealership journey, growing in knowledge across our various departments. You will play a pivotal role in our first class customer service experience as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements of the business. Please note this is a fixed term 12 month contract.Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers who are present at the dealership in a professional manner.
  • Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs and parts purchasing.
  • Collect and return customers vehicles for servicing in a friendly, safe, and timely manner.
  • Direct and manage visitors parking.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to support vehicle pick up schedules.
  • Drop off and pick up customers as required.
About you:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to maintain a professional presentation.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within outdoors when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A valid Australian drivers’ licence.
  • Sound knowledge of WH&S.
