Additional information:
  • These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.
  • The Hiring Manager for this role is Hari Duraisamy & Kaileah Stoddart - Shopkeepers

  • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts with a spread of hours between 9am to 9:30pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

  • Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
  • Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked.
  • Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Condensing stock, including unloading pallets and cutting boxes open to restock appropriate products.
