- These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.

- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts with a spread of hours between 9am to 9:30pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
- Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
- Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked.
- Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Condensing stock, including unloading pallets and cutting boxes open to restock appropriate products.
- Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity.
- Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
- A friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people.
- A safety mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive lifting.
