
Senior Digital Experience Executive

- Support the development and optimisation of multi-touch lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, nurture, conversion, re-engagement, etc.)
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including ideation, build, QA, deployment, and reporting across email, SMS, cloud pages and multi-step journeys
- Act as the primary Digital Experience Lifecycle contact for the brand portfolio you'll manage, ensuring campaign plans align with brand and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with Paid Performance and Brand teams on monthly subscriber acquisition initiatives
- Contribute to audience segmentation, engagement tracking, and consent compliance activities in CRM
- Maintain and improve subscriber data integrity across CRM systems
- Collaborate with the broader Digital Experience team to optimise the onward customer journey and create seamless cross-channel experiences.
- Contribute ideas for personalisation and journey enhancements based on customer insights and platform capabilities
- Track and analyze campaign and journey performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Create reporting dashboards and post-campaign analysis summaries for key stakeholders
- 2-4 years in Digital Experience, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing roles
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer-centric marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder collaboration
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross functional teams - ideally in a SME environment or within a platform business
- Familiarity with subscriber acquisition programs or personalisation a plus
