About the RoleAs the Nurse Unit Manager for the Pain Management Unit, you will lead a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a specialised service. Your clinical expertise and leadership skills will be central to coordinating clinic and procedural activities, working closely with the medical head of unit to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes. You will manage nursing staff, foster effective multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensure care is delivered to the highest professional standards.In this pivotal role, you will take accountability for both nursing and multidisciplinary outcomes, addressing any gaps between practice and policy to drive continuous improvement. You will champion team performance, nurture a supportive and positive workplace culture, and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care.   • Registered Nurse with current practising certificate and 5+ years' relevant experience
