- Analyse customer data to uncover insights that drive category strategy and enhance the Priceline customer experience
- Support the delivery of category initiatives from insights to procurement, inventory, store and online operations, through to stock resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and meet category targets
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do
- A foundational understanding of Category Management and inventory management processes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate them clearly
- Confidence in data management - from maintaining accurate records to preparing insightful reports
- A proactive mindset, with initiative, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
- A growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and grow the category portfolio
- The ability to self-manage while collaborating as a supportive team member during peak periods
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Proven skill in providing clear instructions and guidance to help others implement processes effectively
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills essential)
- Previous experience as a Buyer's Assistant or Category Assistant is highly desirable
