The position of Account Manager in the HR technology AMS team is responsible for the strategic and commercial relationship with the clients to build long term, successful relationships with our clients. The role will be targeted on customer satisfaction and retention as well as growth and expansion within the client baseAbout the team.The HRT AMS team sits within one of Deloitte's Operate teams, providing support and services to clients with HR, Finance and ERP solutions. The Deloitte Operate team is not your standard AMS provider, as we go above and beyond to ensure our clients get the most benefit from their solutions. This means we don't just fix issues but provide advisory and guidance on ways to optimise and enhance the solution.Key accountabilities:
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with the clients.
- Assist the client develop a system roadmap or plan.
- Up-sell and negotiate additional services, eg. new module implementations.
- Monitor and report on hours usage to the clients and discuss peaks and troughs to ensure clients use and don't exceed their hours.
- Manage the Change Request process to ensure requests are scoped and estimated correctly and once approved, allocate resources.
- Negotiate contractual renewals and extensions.
- Support pre-sales activities for the AMS offering.
- Organise a Quarterly Business Review.
- Experience in a previous Account Manager role is desirable.
- Alternatively, experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Project/Engagement Manager or Lead Consultant.
- Strong business acumen.
- Involvement in the HR or Finance Technology industry.
- Experience in Operations, AMS or Support Services is desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
