Our services include infrastructure building and asset management, rail systems, signalling and communications, tunnel, and intelligent transport systems.This position will be based in our Auburn manufacturing facility.Key responsibilities include
  • Assembling, testing, inspecting and repairing electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with the inspection and test documentation
  • Read drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine methods and sequence of assembly operations
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on technical issues, lead times and repairs status
  • Contribute to continued improvements throughout the system of working using skills which have been acquired
  • Correctly use all tools, equipment, material, personal protective equipment and follow work procedures
  • Assist with packing all manufactured assemblies
Requirements to be successful
  • Experience in electronic equipment manufacturing and repairs, preferably in Rail/Road/Communication infrastructure products industry
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, demonstrated experience in electronic fault finding and soldering skills
  • Holds a general construction induction card (White Card)
  • Proficient in computer skills
