Contract : 6 months (potential extension)We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Subject Matter Expert with at least 6+ years of hands-on implementation and upgrade experience. This role requires deep functional expertise across multiple Campus Solutions 9.x modules and the ability to lead clients through full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.Key ResponsibilitiesLead clients through the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC) across all project phases - including requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions, Fit/Gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing.Provide expert input on best practices, risks, and impacts during implementations and upgrades.Work on PUM/PeopleTools upgrades with hands-on configuration and integration tasks.Design, maintain, and support interfaces with external systems.Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and translate them into functional or technical specifications.Perform fit/gap analysis, create test scripts, and execute quality assurance testing.Collaborate with technical teams to monitor Integration Broker and support PS Queries and SQL activities.Required Skills & Experience6+ years' functional experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x.Hands-on expertise in at least 5+ modules, such as:Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self ServiceProven experience completing at least 1-3 full lifecycle Campus Solutions implementation/upgrade projects.Strong knowledge of SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.Solid experience in requirements gathering, business process documentation, and fit/gap analysis.Demonstrated quality assurance skills, including test script creation and execution.Desirable SkillsIntegration knowledge across other PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Finance, ELM, and web services.Prior experience working in a University / Higher Education environment.PeopleTools Certification will be highly regarded.To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Rayan Thomas on + 618 7422 0610 or email rthomas@paxus.com.au and quote the above job reference number.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
