- Minimum 3 years relevant experience as a Brand/Executive Assistant/
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Effective communication skills and a good command of both oral and written English.
- Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within the team and the organization.
- Manage the Country Manager's trips, forecasting related costs and planning ahead.
- Manage the agenda with autonomy and proactivity
- Assist with seamless meetings/conferences
- Preparation, support and coordination of the Country Manager or Executive committee's strategic presentations.
- Coordination of team calendar and meeting planning
- Administation tasks such as reporting, leading CSR initiatives and coordinating general office operations.
