Seeking an experienced hospitality manager to lead a team of 20 in a stylish, modern setting in inner Brisbane About The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our client's flagship cafe in inner Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-profile location within a supportive and structured operation. You'll be working with a friendly team, serving up delicious coffee and a bespoke menu for both takeaway and a la carte dining. With full autonomy, you'll take ownership of the cafe, driving its success and ensuring the highest standards.What You'll Bring

Proven experience in staff management - recruitment, training, and performance management for a team of 21+
Ability to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs
Expertise in ordering and stock management, including cost control, food safety standards, and OH&S compliance
A hands-on leadership style with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Experience managing P&Ls, ensuring the financial health of the cafe
Current RSA & Food Safety Certification
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills, solid business acumen, and a true passion for team development are essential.
