12 months contract with a possibility of extension.
Competitive hourly rate between $78.80 - $88.03 dependent on experience.

What you will be required to do:This role requires advanced expertise in HR, accounting, Excel (including PowerQuery), and the analysis of remuneration and economic data to support strategic workforce decisions across a global network.Conducting annual salary and benefits reviews across international locations.Maintaining and enhancing complex remuneration models and data sets.Managing the procurement, validation, and integration of market data.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate, defensible, and strategically aligned recommendations.Providing high-level advice and quality assurance to support policy and operational objectives.To be successful in the role you will:Strong background in HR, accounting, or data analysis, with advanced Excel (including PowerQuery) skills.Proven ability to analyse complex data, maintain and enhance financial or remuneration models, and ensure data integrity.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, strategic advice.High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage large datasets accurately.Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field are highly regardedWhat’s on offer for you:
