We are currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join us.Key duties include:

Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
Attend guest queries in a timely manner
Address complaints presented by guest in an efficient and positive manner
Maintain a high level of health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members

QualificationsSkills and experience

A positive can do & customer focused attitude
Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to handle guest complaints
Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
Previous experience using FOLS would be advantageous
