You will provide care to your palliative care clients living in the community, supporting their end of life wishes and improving their quality of life.Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activitiesIn home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironingProviding care in accordance with their individualised Care PlanSupporting with community based recreational and social activitiesTransportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.You will be well supported by the palliative care and the wider BlueCare community service teams, so support is always there!
