
Customer Service Officer

- Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.
- Maintain internal email mailbox.
- Order entry on SAP.
- Process invoices and credits.
- Customer support and enquiries .
- Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination.
- Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams.
- Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role.
- Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
- Be self-motivated, quick leaner, with a can do attitude.
- Have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent computer skills / administrative skills.
