Lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Drive store sales, KPIs, and overall performance
Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive workplace where people grow and succeed
Build strong relationships with customers and the community
Ensure smooth daily operations including rostering, compliance, and reporting
What We're Looking For:
Proven retail management experience in a high-volume environment
A confident and supportive leader who thrives on coaching and mentoring
Passion for customer service and a genuine love of pets
Commercially minded - comfortable with budgets, KPIs, and P&L accountability
Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Energetic, positive, and motivated by achieving results
