- Respond to and triage inbound warm leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, digital channels and existing client networks.
- Qualify prospects and identify suitable insurance solutions in line with client needs and business appetite.
- Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools. Ensure all advice and transactions meet compliance requirements, including record-keeping and disclosure obligations.
- Preparation of quotes, proposal and policy documentation in line with internal processes.
- Drive cross selling and upselling initiatives within existing portfolios.
- Handle a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, retention and engagement.
- Deliver comprehensive risk management advice and insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of the allied health sector.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ businesses in depth and proactively offering valued added insights and solutions.
- Represent the business professionally in client meetings, industry events and presentations where needed.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with both internal and external partners where required.
- Act as a key contact for client queries, renewals, policy changes and coverage advice.
- Provide a high standard of service and professional advice throughout the sales process and policy lifecycle.
- Keep up to date with industry, product and legislative developments.
- Tier 1 accreditation or higher
- Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products – including financial lines.
- Ability to balance sales drive and service excellence.
- Initiative-taker who thrives on hitting targets and delivering results.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Commercial acumen and a consultative mindset
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
