We are ideally looking for someone who is based in the NT to help deliver on a variety of projects.Our 18-month Graduate Program, Foundations, has been uniquely designed to bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce, establishing a clear path for your future and accelerated success. kick off with a three-day all expenses paid conference on the Gold Coast with your peers
engage in structured learning through three tailored modules on topics designed to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills
experience exciting hands-on and in person learning every six months to build relationships and network with your peers from across the country
receive mentoring from BMD's Board of Directors, executive management team and emerging leaders who genuinely want to build your leadership qualities and help you progress through the ranks
see inspiring presentations from industry experts to build your skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineer (graduating in 2024 or mid 2025)
high level verbal and written communication skills
undergraduate experience on infrastructure projects (highly desirable)
excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
drive to experience real hands-on work in the field

As a Graduate Site Engineer, you'll get the chance to explore multiple functions of the projects you work on to get an in-depth understanding of the core elements required for delivery.
