Our client is seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Warehouse Worker to join a dynamic team in Grafton responsible for the efficient handling of stores and materials across a multi-tiered warehousing system.Key Responsibilities:

Receive, store, pick, pack, dispatch, and deliver materials safely and efficiently.
Use appropriate handling and packaging equipment to prepare shipments for regional delivery.
Conduct stock checks, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Inspect and operate manual handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and trucks.
Monitor inventory levels and report potential stock shortages.
Participate in workplace safety audits to uphold a strong health and safety culture.

Requirements:

Certificate II in Warehousing Operations or equivalent experience.
Valid Driver’s Licence, Forklift Licence,
Heavy Combination (HC) Licence (Highly regarded)
Proven experience in warehouse/store environments, with a strong focus on safety and manual handling.
Skilled in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, elevated picking platforms, and packing machinery.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in relevant computer and business systems.
