- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s
- Process sales via the cash register
- Inform passengers of the conditions relating to their purchases e.g. customs requirements
- Know and understand the product range
- Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures
- Previous Retail/sales experience preferred
- Cash handling in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience of operating a point of sale (POS) system
- A reasonable level of physical fitness, as some manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team and individually
- Ability to speak fluent Mandarin (essential)

- Location: Sydney Downtown Store - Market St.
- Full time position - 76 hours per fortnight
- 2 weeks rotating roster and availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
