Personal Assistant

• Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including clinic co-ordination and preparation, and diary management
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers regarding appointment details/changes, referrals and test requirements
• Ensure patients are fully informed of all costs/fees and our payment policy
• Coordinate hospital bookings for procedures, tests and admissions
• Daily typing of doctor's dictation from our digital system
• Ensure consulting rooms are well prepared
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are complete and accurate
• General office administration - perform other duties as required

• Experienced Medical Secretary or similar role
• Proficient in medical practice management software
• High level of patient care/customer service and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in dictaphone typing; knowledge of medical terminology is vital
