
Corporate Receptionist

- Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all Clients and stakeholders
- Answer external calls and manage front desk
- Complete daily mail processing, banking, manage all room bookings, catering orders and event support
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with Clients and stakeholders including Partners, Advisers, and Corporate staff
- Support office operations, including managing supply of stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers
- Support the team with lodgements, filing and other tasks

- Experience in a Corporate Reception or a Frontline customer facing position
- Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office experience
- A proactive and team-player with excellent Client and stakeholder relationship building skills
- Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem solving and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
