- Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for the Colliers Agribusiness team.
- Build and maintain strong visible relationships with regional contacts by maintaining a high level of market presence in our marketplace, using media mentions and consistent vendor paid advertising with exclusive appointments.
- Analysing the sale of properties and client's probability & potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.
- A strong importance of driving internal relationships between Collier's product lines via referrals both ways. This will ensure information transfer and opportunities between divisions with referral income tracked and encouraged.
- Preparation of marketing submissions, client progress reports on campaigns & sales agency agreements that are at high standard with a focus on details.
