- Ensure the team is delivering impeccable guest-facing experience
- Support and lead the team to deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience to our guests
- Ensuring budgets are met and cost-controlled across the lodge
- Support and lead the team in providing immaculate and high standard of guest accommodation
- Drive a culture of safety, ensuring all incidents and hazards are reported and investigated in a timely manner
- Complete all administrative tasks as required by the operations team
- Take an active role in inductions, and staff training
- Other management tasks required for the successful running of the lodge
- The availability to work an entire season
- Previous experience working remotely
- Passion and enthusiasm for hospitality, travel, tourism and adventure
- Pride in delivering exceptional standards of service, ensuring that guests leave us with memories that last a lifetime
- High levels of interpersonal and communications skills
- Proven experience in general hospitality
- The ability to think on your feet while delivering within set time frames
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Remote First Aid certification (must include CPR)
- Food Safety certificate
